Returns & Exchanges: 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for an online store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.  All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded. Open House is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping. Because jewelry can easily become damaged in shipping, please pack items in a well-padded box and ship using USPS. Do not ship in an envelope. Shipping insurance is recommended.

Parcel Delivery:

We ship all packages with tracking, and take full responsibility for the shipment until it is marked "Delivered" by the postal service. Lost or stolen packages will not be replaced at the expense of Open House, though we are happy to assist our customers in filing a claim.

 

Duties:

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, but are not resposible for VAT or other import taxes and fees you may incur via your local customs office.
UK Buyers specifically: Our prices do not include duties. Your purchase will be subject to VAT at 20% of the item value, plus an £8 handling fee which must be paid upon receipt of package. Open House Projects is not responsible for these taxes which are government-imposed.

Repairs:

If your jewelry needs repair, including ring re-sizing or chain lengthening there is a $20 service charge. If you have received a ring that is not the size you ordered, please return within 14 days unworn, and we will resize it free of charge. Your jewelry will be repaired and returned to you as soon as possible. Repair turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks after receipt. Broken chain will be repaired free of charge within 60 days if it has become broken with normal wear.
